2025 Central Nebraska Strength & Conditioning Coach's Clinic

We invite you to attend our Second Annual High School Strength and Conditioning Coach's Clinic. This year's theme is centered on assisting Strength and Conditioning Coaches in "creating a playbook" for their weight room. The clinic will feature discussions on periodization for high school student athletes. By emphasizing principles over methods, our goal is to aid in designing effective programs that support the development of student athletes throughout their high school careers, preparing them for sports or life beyond high school.
